As Chismosa’s grew, so did the dream. Over the years, him and his wife, Amanda, outgrew the station and grew into a full-fledged restaurant, and they moved to this spot, where they expanded the menu to include everything from tasty cocktails to fresh guacamole. They kept the tradition going, adding their own twists while sticking to the old family recipes. George wanted to help take it to the next level-without ever losing sight of the values his parents instilled in him. So, they modernized the branding a bit, but kept the same warm, welcoming vibe they've always had. Today, Chismosa's is a Fort Bend staple. They’ve kept the chisme going, of course!
